Yacht Lobsters: Yacht Rock Tribute

Yacht Lobsters bring their high-energy tribute to the smooth, polished sounds of 1970s and early-1980s soft rock to The 8x10. Formed in New York City in 2022, the band recreates and reimagines the studio-driven music of artists such as Steely Dan, the Doobie Brothers, Hall & Oates, and Toto. Their show combines strong vocals, a full horn section, and touches of New Orleans funk, classic rock, and jazz improvisation, along with select original songs styled after the Yacht Rock era.
