Kelly Bell Band

Kelly Bell Band brings its high-energy blend of blues, soul, funk, hip-hop, and rock to The 8x10, with support from Gordon Sterling and the People. Led by Kelly Bell, also known as “The Bluesman,” the Baltimore-based band is known for audience interaction, communal live shows, and a sound shaped by its history as the backing band for Bo Diddley.

Gordon Sterling and the People open the show with a soulful fusion of funk, blues, and rock. Their music combines Gordon Sterling’s energetic presence and introspective songwriting with themes of awareness and the lived experiences of being Black in America.
