Knot It: Pearl Jewelry Workshop

Knot It: Pearl Jewelry Workshop is a hands-on jewelry-making class at Maryland Hall. Participants will learn to string pearls and beads on silk thread, including how to tie knots between individual pearls, attach clasps, and create necklaces in multi-strand and endless designs. No prior experience is required.

The workshop is taught by Jessica McGrath and takes place in Room 110. Enrollment requires at least four participants.

What to Expect: Instruction in pearl and bead stringing on silk thread, knotting between pearls, clasp installation, and the construction of multi-strand and endless necklaces.
