Shadows of The Peale | An Escape Room Experience

Shadows of The Peale is a limited-time escape-room experience set inside Baltimore’s historic Peale museum. Participants become part of Rembrandt Peale’s museum staff, working to find three missing gaslight tubes, solve puzzles, restore order to his chaotic office, and help ensure the debut of gas lighting in Baltimore goes smoothly before time runs out.

The experience combines a time-travel premise with a one-hour challenge: succeed in helping introduce gaslight, or leave The Peale in the shadows.

When: October 2–October 25

Showtimes: Participants select an available escape-room time slot.

Run time: 60 minutes

Ages: Suitable for participants age 10 and older. Participants age 16 and under must be accompanied by a trusted adult who is at least 25 years old.

Tickets: Price not available. Time slots are described as having a flat fee, so bringing more friends reduces the per-person cost.

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before the selected time slot.
