Jonathan Kite

Jonathan Kite brings his stand-up comedy to Magooby’s Joke House, combining live comedy with an extensive impression repertoire. He is known for playing Oleg, the Ukrainian cook on CBS’s *2 Broke Girls*, and Johnny Williams in Netflix’s *Dad Stop Embarrassing Me!* opposite Jamie Foxx.

Kite has also appeared in film, television, voice roles, sketch comedy, and improvisational performance. His credits include *Needle Little Christmas*, *The Bellman*, *All the Creatures Were Stirring*, *Smallfoot*, *The Boss Baby: Back in Business*, *Family Guy*, and *American Dad!*. His act features more than 250 celebrity impressions, including Donald Trump, Vince Vaughn, Tom Hanks, Anthony Bourdain, Seth Rogen, Brendan Fraser, Jason Statham, Jeff Bridges, Robert Downey Jr., and John Lithgow.

Performer: Jonathan Kite

Background: Kite was born and raised in Skokie, Illinois, studied drama at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre. He later moved to Los Angeles to pursue voice-over, film, and television work, while studying improvisation and sketch comedy at Chicago’s Second City and Los Angeles’ Groundlings.

Additional Work: Kite co-founded the improv group L. Ron Jeremy, which won the Improv Olympic West Theater’s national Cage Match Competition 52 weeks in a row in 2010 before retiring undefeated. He also created, wrote, produced, and starred in the 2009 sketch-comedy pilot *The Skokie-Jo and Shappy Show*, described as a blend of *Mr. Show* and *Quantum Leap*.
