B’more Yoyo Club

B’more Yoyo Club is a fast-paced, welcoming gathering for people interested in the creative hobby of yo-yoing. The club combines tricks, music, creativity, and problem-solving, with participants of all experience levels invited to learn techniques such as “walk the dog,” “rock the baby,” and “eiffel tower.” Experienced members share their knowledge, while beginners can stop by and try yo-yoing for the first time.

The club meets on the first Saturday of each month in the Creativity Center Classroom One at Creative Alliance.

When: Saturday, November 7

Showtimes: 1:30–4:30 p.m.

Tickets: Pay what you can; suggested donation is $5–$15. The event listing also displays a $5 admission amount.

Age range: Ages 8 and older

Materials: Bring your own yo-yo. Yo-yos are also available for purchase at the club for $15, cash only.

Experience level: All levels are welcome, including people who do not yet know how to yo-yo.
