GirlTREK Book Club: Bloom How You Must by Tara Pringle Jefferson

Join the GirlTREK book club at The Ivy Bookshop for a welcoming discussion of Tara Pringle Jefferson’s *Bloom How You Must*. The gathering is open to readers at any point in the book, including those who have read every page, just begun, or simply want to enjoy thoughtful conversation and community.

The discussion will explore practical wellness tools, Black cultural history, rest, stress, and self-care. GirlTREK is a sisterhood and movement focused on healing intergenerational trauma, combating systemic racism, and transforming Black lives through walking teams, community advocacy, and a Civil Rights-inspired health movement. The organization has more than one million members.
